You have the right to a confidential relationship with me.  Within certain legal limits, information revealed by you during the course of therapy will be kept completely confidential and will not be revealed to any person without your written permission.

I am happy to provide a free 10-15 minute initial phone consultation to determine your needs and provide you an opportunity to ask questions. Appointments are 45 minutes in length. For the first visit, I request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the initial paper work. Initial paper work includes some personal information, office policies and confidentiality procedures.
