Insurance & Fees
The fee for 50 minute sessions is $300. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
I accept cash, check, MasterCard®, Visa® and American Express®.
I am not on any insurance panels, but if you have out of network benefits, our office will happily provide you with a superbill at the end of each month to provide to your insurance company. Please contact your PPO insurance provider to find out what your out of network therapy plan includes. Please note, it is the patient's responsibility to verify their insurance benefits and co-pays prior to their first session.
